16 Ways to Maintain Your Vibration


 It's that time again - to hit the books, remember what we know, and get back to basics on a few essential topics.  It happens for everyone at some point - maybe need to reset your diet, reinstate your exercise routine or for me - Maintain my vibration with certain frequency hacks if you will, that seem to work time and time again for me.... IF I DO THEM lol ha ha ha ha (face palm)

So I offered this for the one year birthday/anniversary over at the Herbal Marie patreon page - I didn't do a giveaway for the podcast's second bday as I felt like I gave away TOO MUCH the second year (my time, my body, my mind, my dignity) okay okay - maybe that's a little extreme but Herbal Marie really did exhaust me this past year and as I am learning in my Native American studies, it's because I was tooooo attached to my creation so I LITERALLY need to just give it away now to the universe like a child that needs to leave the nest so it will quit being tethered to my womb sucking the life out of me.

Whoooops.  There I go again with the extreme exaggeration.  Kinda.
